Problem
An established Baton Rouge practice had a dated site that loaded slowly, buried the phone number, and routed form submissions into a shared email inbox that often got triaged days late. Traffic was fine; conversion wasn't.
What we did
Rebuilt the site mobile-first with treatment-specific landing pages, above-the-fold click-to-call on every mobile view, and HIPAA-compliant intake forms that fed directly into the PMS.
Outcome
New-patient form submissions roughly doubled within 60 days. Phone calls from mobile search went up meaningfully — faster load times and a visible phone number did most of that work.
Why it worked
Dental-practice website traffic is overwhelmingly mobile and high-intent. Friction in the first 10 seconds is the whole ball game. Fix that and the conversion follows.
